Join us as a Data Center Sales Executive in our Specialty Sales Team in Canberra to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you'll achieveAs a Data Center Sales Executive, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell's products and services.
You will develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions.
You will:
Develop and manage relationships with executive, business and technical decision makers within your assigned territoryDevelop and lead sales campaigns from identification through to closure whilst working in conjunction with your extended team to grow Dell's share of wallet in Data Center products and services across your assigned territoryBe a leader in a cross-functional sales team and be willing to challenge the 'status quo' with a refuse to loose attitudeHave an activity focused approach to selling, high levels of interaction with partners and customers and ability to articulate Dell Technologies value propositionTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Essential RequirementsDemonstratable experience in a consultative solution selling capacity delivering high impact, value-based presentations and proposalsStrong understanding and technical competency in working with customers on multi-cloud architecture and strategyWorkload centric knowledge, application familiarity and be comfortable discussing architecture options for various applicationsStrong understanding of compute, storage and networking platforms and competitive landscapeStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence workloads and potential use casesDesirable RequirementsAt least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity or comparable rolePrevious experience working in or selling to Defence & Intelligence based accounts in CanberraAGSVA Clearance (NV-2 preferred or higher)Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related fieldWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
