Now, we're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join the crypto arm of MultiBank Group - MultiBank.io to take our risk management strategy to the next level.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with proven experience in managing the digital presence of brands within the crypto, blockchain, exchange, or fintech sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in emerging platforms like TikTok and Snapchat, yet strategic enough to deliver consistent, brand-aligned content across all major social channels including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram.

You will be responsible for leading our social content strategy, driving community engagement, and building a strong online voice for MultiBank.io .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the crypto and fintech audience across TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  
• Oversee day-to-day content operations:
  planning, creating, publishing, and managing community interactions.
  
• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
  
• Stay current with trends in crypto, blockchain, and social media to create relevant and timely content.
  
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to ensure content is visually compelling and aligned with brand messaging.
  
• Engage with influencers, creators, and communities in the Web3 space to expand reach and build relationships.
  
• Monitor SEO, hashtags, and trends to optimize content for organic growth and visibility.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role within the crypto , blockchain , exchange , or fintech industries.
  
• Strong portfolio or examples of managing social media campaigns and communities in high-growth or digital-first companies.
  
• Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies, especially TikTok, X (Twitter), and Instagram Reels.
  
• Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and analytics-based decision-making.
  
• Comfortable navigating and engaging in online communities like Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with native-level English fluency.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field is preferred.
