The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a cash-flow positive startup with explosive growth potential as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). We're seeking a visionary leader to take our already successful product to the next level and scale our operations globally. You'll be more than just a CTO; you'll be a key partner, shaping the future of our company and the industry itself.
The Challenge:
Our current technical team consists of two junior developers. We need a seasoned CTO to provide technical leadership, enhance our existing product, and build out a robust, scalable infrastructure. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the migration of our current CRM extension to a cloud-based platform.
- Implementing automation features to re-engage fans and improve user engagement tracking.
- Improving our AI's accuracy and effectiveness, potentially through further LLM fine-tuning or training.
- Building and mentoring a world-class engineering team.
- Developing and executing a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with our business goals.

- Experienced with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and training.
