Responsibilities
Be responsible as the Point of Contact (POC) of VIP & Institutional team to engage with company wide compliance initiation and coordinate resources within team.
Lead and manage client-focused projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with business goals and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all VIP & Institutional-related projects. Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders.
Ensure that all client projects impacting VIP & Institutional clients adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to obtain necessary approvals.
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project changes and issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project deliverables.
Establish KPIs, monitor project performance, and prepare regular status reports. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience at consulting, financial institution or fintech company.
Knowledge of compliance or regulatory framework in the financial industry and their impact on business operation.
Knowledge of financial related business including but not limited to trading, banking, custody, or brokerage.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and able to produce concise and accurate internal documentation and reports.
Experience of project management in projects related to compliance monitoring, compliance driven product enhancement, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
Able to work with multinational and cross timezone teams and build strong cross functional relationships.
Ability to proactively and assertively engage with project stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to seek to meet high standards results.
