Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic
Creative Lead

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and oversee end-to-end campaigns, from ideation to final delivery.

Digital Marketing Integration
Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop content strategies for online platforms.

New Launches and Promotions
Lead the creative direction for product and service launches, including event branding and promotional materials.

Analyze the success of launch campaigns and refine strategies for future projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with senior executives, marketing teams, and external agencies to align creative efforts with overall business goals.
Present concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine outputs.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production teams.
Trend and Market Analysis
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
Use insights to drive creativity and recommend cutting-edge solutions for campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative initiatives, applying data-driven improvements.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage the creative department's budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure all creative deliverables meet regulatory, ethical, and company compliance standards.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaign development, and digital marketing.
