What You Will Do:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value local and global clients
Sales & Negotiation:
Present tailored promotional product solutions and close large deals
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide innovative solutions
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management
Preferred Background:
Education:
A graduate degree is preferred
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in e-commerce or Print-on-demand
Hard Skills:
Fluent English: written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of promotional products and print-on-demand is preferred
Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies
