We are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within asset management, fund distribution, or financial services.
Strong understanding of he fund industry, fund structures, regulations and market practices in alternative investments.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages (e. g. , Spanish, German and French) are a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude.

Your role in the team

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Alternative Client Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with asset managers and fund houses. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that Allfunds' platform and services align with the evolving needs of our fund partners, while identifying opportunities for mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
Understand each client's strategic goals, distribution models, and operational needs.
Promote Allfunds' Alternative Client Solutions, and value-added services to enhance client engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the scope of collaboration.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic plans.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and continuous communication
