The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions to support enterprise-wide project and portfolio management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow:
Expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization, specifically within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Portfolio Management, Agile Development, and Resource Management.Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow SPM solutions, including automation and integration with external toolsLead implementations, provide ongoing support, and conduct testing for SPM modulesOptimize processes and recommend improvements for portfolio and project management capabilitiesCollaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutionsCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guidesInnovation and collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and data migration efforts.Market analysis and insight:

Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our digital transformation capabilities and value propositions.Project management:
Manage projects related to all digital/business transformation initiatives across groups business verticals that drives organization operational/marketing efficiency, new tech capability, building & demonstrates continual improvements.Client relationship management:
Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.Desired Experience and QualificationsExperience:
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and configurations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including PPM, Demand, Portfolio, Agile, and Resource Management.Technical Expertise:
Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, or ServiceNow scripting.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methodologies.
Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB.Preferred qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SPMServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practicesCore Competencies:
