Ensure the project stays within budget by effectively managing costs and financial resources.
Oversee the preparation and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancements without compromising on quality.
Assess and mitigate potential financial risks associated with the project.
Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Manage the procurement process and oversee tender documentation and evaluations.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards and provide regular financial and progress reports to stakeholders.
Handle any contractual disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIESKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Supports technical/ engineering teams with project requirementsPrepares Bills of Quantities from drawings and specificationsVerify and maintain records of site measurements and quantificationsSupports and contributes to the tender and proposal process as required Identifies and analyses the commercial risk of a projectConducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costsPreparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contractsCoordination of work effortGive advises on a range of legal and contractual issuesValuing completed work and arranging for paymentsCarries out site/offshore surveys and produces reportsReports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / managementActively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all timesQUALIFICATIONSSkills And Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Expected:
Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry including minimum five (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.ABOUT USWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
