We specialise in hiring for family offices and family-owned operating companies, typically operating at the C-Suite.
We are currently working for a Head of Family Office and are looking to hire a strong EA to report to him and support him in the office five days a week across a range of responsibilities.
We are looking for individuals who have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting Principals and/or the Head of Family Office.
These individuals could have worked/work as a book keeper, as a compliance consultant or supporting a legal team giving them administrative skills which mean they thrive in environments which require a high attention to detail and an almost introverted focus on the wish for operational excellence.Individuals must have an understanding of the attention to detail required to run a highly efficient family office.
Individuals must have very strong IT skills and administrative skills.
Individuals must have the ability to work in environments that are often challenging and require individuals to work with a sense of urgency whilst also managing multiple tasks to a high level of accuracy.Please only apply if you have at least seven to ten years' experience and have worked as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant supporting, ideally within a family office and/or within a legal, compliance or book keeping role.
